Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy an extended warranty for my vehicle if I didn’t purchase it from you?
Yes, we can provide a policy for almost any vehicle that is less than 3 years old and has less than 36,000 miles, regardless of where you purchased the vehicle.

What if I am the second owner of the vehicle, will I still qualify?
Yes, it doesn’t matter how many owners there have been, as long as the vehicle qualifies by age and mileage.

Is there any benefit to taking advantage of an extended service contract opportunity while a car is still under warranty?
As with any other product, service contracts are subject to inflationary price increases. By purchasing a Chrysler extended warranty now, you can lock-in at today’s cost. Plus, you may be entitled to benefits in addition to the basic factory Chrysler warranty, such as car rental, lodging and meal reimbursement for warranty repairs required when you’re traveling. Your plan can even include emergency roadside service for a jump-start, gasoline delivery, tire change, locksmith service, road hazard tire protection and lost key retrieval.

What is my responsibility under the terms of my Chrysler extended warranty?
Your responsibility is to properly operate, care for, and maintain your vehicle. All information regarding these subjects can be found in the Owner’s Manual supplied by the Manufacturer. You should retain all receipts regarding care and maintenance of your vehicle so as to avoid any misunderstanding as to whether the maintenance services were performed as specified in the manufacturer’s owners manual.

When does coverage under my Chrysler extended warranty begin and end?
On all New Vehicle Chrysler Service Contracts, plan coverage starts on the day you purchase the plan. The plan term starts at the ORIGINAL IN-SERVICE DATE OF THE VEHICLE AND AT ZERO MILES, not upon expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
